We still have some time before the main sport scene in Rio will take the full attention, but there are no breaks for the true fans of water polo. Last week all eyes were on real aquatic battles which were held in Villaggio Ge.Tur in Lignano Sabbiadoro (Italy) where traditional water polo youth festival HabaWaba took place.

An acronym of Happy Baby Water Ball is the name and the spirit of this event, representing the collaboration of joy and competition for the youngest ones. The tournament conceived and organized by Waterpolo Development today supported by FINA and LEN. It is the biggest issue dedicated to 6 to 11 year-old kids from all over the world and considered by many as the "Little water polo players big Olympics".

Granted Malmsten company could not stand aside from an event which is aimed to develop and promote water polo. So in 2013 we created a special HabaWaba goal tailor suited for youth, which is nowadays official and approved by FINA and LEN. They are inflatable and safe for kids.

We are proud to say that all the pools of the tournament were equipped with complete Malmsten water polo fields with goals, and we are looking forward to see current HabaWaba participants at the highest rank sport events.
