Pull Buoy Malmsten, for effective upper body training. The classic, ergonomic Malmsten design has rounded edges for comfortable training and great buoyancy.

Different size air chambers give a choice to have less or more buoyancy.

By turning it with the flat end first the resistance increases. Combine our Swim Donut, 1310007, for increased strengh training.
